Dionysus is simply one of the BEST places in London for a kebab. The Lamb Doner is about the best I have ever had of the minced meat mix style. The Shish, Kofte, & Chicken Doner are also great. The only thing I am not overly fond of is the unusual Chilli sauce - but when the meats are of such high quality who needs it?

I have had many kebabs in the UK & abroad and Dionysus has been in my top 5 for over 20 years, consistently maintaining their high standards. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

One of the few older chippies in London. The back room is a Greek restaurant(never sampled this). It's a good fast food place - the chips are freshly made - the fish is nearly always start from the pan. They do mushy peas as well. If your nostalgic for an old fashioned heart-attack nosh up - this a cheap, fast one. It's been going since the 70's. I've heard good reports about their doners - never tried one - for me its a chip(or fish) on the run place. By central London standards its good,
