Reviews for Hummus Bros

original, filling and great value for money. the food of the future i say!!

I had lunch delivered to my office by these guys and the food was very good indeed. I love Hummus but didnt realise there were so many other options that you could do with it. A first also was the Aloe Vera drink which was lovely and refreshing and not quite what I expected. A definate must try for lunch and the next time I am in the area this venue will be on the list for for lunch definately. I didnt go to the venue so havent marked it up for Service or Ambience as it was a office lunch.

Ok - so the headline is theirs, but I like it.

Excellent hummus (I want their recipe), lovely toppings, my favourites are the ful and the chicken, fresh mint tea, hot spiced apple juice, aloe vera juice. I try not to be too greedy in there but I can't help myself. Free wifi (ehummus :-)

Fast, friendly, efficient, cheap, tasty, healthy - go there.

This is everything I think an ideal restaurant should be. The food tastes really good. Everything is fresh and "home-made". The food is quite healthy and it's super tasty. My favourite topping is the Guacamole but I also love their special, the Mexican Beef. Mmm...I'm drooling on my keyboard.

Anyway, this place is very affordable, the service is great, and the food is superb. Definitely worth trying.

I have so many good things to say about this place.
First their story which can be read at the loos: 2 students who were searching for cheap and healthy food, which will still leave some change for the bar...
They decided that hummus is not just a side dish and it should get a proper stage of its own... On the tables you can see illustration explaining what are the different ways to 'wipe' the hummus with the pita bread. The interiors are ‘soho trendy’ but in here it actually works because of the context-
you are not used to see hummus glorified in a stylish surroundings.
The staff are (especially the owners) an example of what service should be. They are so friendly and will be happy to speak with you. My favourite (although I am conservative here) is the hummus with Fava beans. The hummus itself is smooth and delicious, no mistakes are made...
The aubergine salad with Tahini is also recommended. Try the Alow Vera juice if you feel like something new and don't skip the Malabi dessert. the coffee is great as well so espresso will make you even happier. Hummus bros has now another branch close to Holborn tube. It is a truly great place!
