We have used Babylon Pizza for many years now and rang for a delivery tonight to order under £10 (their takeaway menu states that if you call before midnight they have a minimum delivery of £6) even though we are loyal customers (but apparently they don't care about this) - we have been told that they have to charge extra for delivery due to adverse weather conditions - I can understand this if someone has never used them before but we've been using them for over 4 years and we know that when you call them they have a record of this so think our loyalty might be worth something. All we got was rudeness and the phone put down in our ear - we will now never use them again, so much for loyalty - hopefully the credit crunch will get such a rude establishment (if you can call it that) !
