Don't bother, worst customer service ever 26th July 2009

Food - distinctly average and cold when it turned up 20 minutes late (1h20mins in total), customer service was the most appalling I have ever come across. When asked why it was so late, the delivery man threatened to take the food back and started shouting at me saying I had given wrong directions (I hadn't - he just went too far up the road).
I would never use Indian Kitchen again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone - there are so many other indian takeaways in this area I can't understand why anyone would paid for cold, below average food, delivered by a man with such a bad attitude.

Absolutely awful delivery service - avoid at all c 18th April 2009

They gave us an incomplete order, so I called up to request missing items, however was told that I'd never placed an order in the first place. When I asked them to check, they simply hung up the phone. The poppadoms smelled like they were cooked in rancid oil, gobi was undercooked and lacking in flavour and the vegetable samosas were soggy, thin and barely had any vegetable in them!
