Reviews for Somerset House Ice Rink

One of a number of pop up ice rinks each London winter Somerset House definitely has the nicest surroundings out of the ones I've been to. Rumour has it the Natural History Museum rink is pretty special too but I've not had the pleasure.

It does get very busy but most people seem as useless on skates as me so you don't have to worry about too many kids flying past and taking you down. The staff are quick to pick you up if (when?) you do end up on your backside too.

It's not everyday you get to skate in such historic surrounding though so well worth the rush for tickets, just remember to bring some gloves. The location is perfect for a short trip to a meal or drinks afterward too.
