Staff are rude and unhelpful. The beauty come health clinic inside the gym called Fulham Clinic is a rip off. I bought a course of treatments and after using some they didn't honor the remaining appointments saying that the course had elapsed although I was never told of the duration of validity. I do NOT recommend the clinic.
