I had dealings with woodhams re my garden , I experienced very snooty and unhelpful sevice, from a very unpleasant individual called Terry, will never go back again.

I went in there to buy a bunch of flowers, living in Belgravia, I am used to paying inflated prices, but these prices really were ridiculous... I bought them any way as it was for a gift, My friend that I gave them to informed me they were dead by the second day! I called them and was put through to a frightfully rude and arrogant man named Terry who lacked any people skills at all, he refused to replace them or do anything about it. I have since spoken to several people in my neighborhood about Woodhams, most of whom have had unpleasant experiences with this florist.
