i have been a user of this and their many other branches in the west end and city. they seem to always be busy and i always see very expensive shoes getting fixed or full makeovers. I generally get all my shoes (generally Gucci's, prada's or church's mended there where they rebuild the whole shoe (new leather sole) and my other half gets her stillettos resoled and heeled with them too. They even offered her red thin rubber soles for her christian laboutins! Couldnt rate them enough!!
