These people are complete crooks and should be shut down. After an appalling experience with them recently I received a very rude message on my answerphone from them and no apology. They are dishonest, a rip off and quite how they are still trading is a mystery. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, they have no understanding of proper tailoring / dressmaking and no regard of how the service industry works. If I could give no stars for a rating, I would.

I am appalled at the constant stories I have heard about this tailor, I too was a victim many years ago, and I constantly hear tales of the outrageous overpricing that goes on, the lack of service and the arrogant attitude from the owner. I am suprised they are still in business, they are not popular in our area !

I took a dress to be altered here (they quoted me £250 ,I was in a hurry for it,so agreed ) despite them saying my dress would be ready in a week, 2 weeks later still no dress! when i eventually went to collect it they said they were sorry but they had under quoted me and i would have to pay £350 or they would not give me my dress. They were total scam artists and rude and unpleasant on top of it. I will never go here again.
