Ordered a guitar for a gift a few years ago and can not fault the care and help we had. THe staff were friendly and helpful and our choice of guitar was offered at a really unbeatable price too, which included spares and all the postage and packing costs. It arrived with in a week and was in top class condition, and in the colour we had wanted. It went down really well as a gift and is still going strong after being played again and again. Have not seen the store in person but would expect it has a varied stock.

I purchased various items from this store by phone and was assured everything was in stock and with me within 3 days. 6 days later I contacted them wondering where my stuff was. Not dispatched because they are waiting for one of the items which is not kept in stock as it is special order. It wasn't even ordered by them yet. Another 4 to 6 days maximum and it will be there. 10 days later every email I have sent them has been ignored (even the ones sent to the manager), and when I call nobody in charge is available and staff I speak to does not know. It has been almost 3 weeks now without any answers and plenty more ignored emails. Will demand my money back.
Digital Village is very good and so is Eddie Moore's Music or GAK, (the latter two not in London though, but great for internet or phone orders). Friends did advise me before not to use Turnkey and I wish I would have listened to them.
Don't do the same mistake that I have made !!!
