Unfair returns policy - Unhelpful staff 11th January 2009

My husband bought me a dress for Christmas from the Regent Street store. When I attempted to return it for a refund I was refused as it was outside their 7 day returns policy. I was told it 'might' be possible to arrange a 'good will' exhange but none of their clothes fit me. They do not cater for large sizes. They only go up to what they describe as size 16. Be warned, this is really a size 14: the normal equivalent of a US size 12. The staff were more concerned with fobbing me off by sending me to the Brooke Street shop with the promise the held more stock and larger sizes. They lied. My husband has now been cheated out of a large sum of money and I am stuck with a dress which is no use. Use this company at your own risk.
