Awful, awful experience. Bag in for repair three times for 6 months, still not repaired. Bag damaged after last repair, no responsibility taken, questionable honesty from staff. Offered some fragrance and a chance for a fourth repair!! Will never buy Prada again. Would give 0 stars if possible.
