Reviews for Marks & Spencer

This chain of stores has really picked itself up of late because at one time not so long ago it was really starting to go downhill. They then seemed to change their focus and have now started to sell some really fashionable items of clothing and their food side has also started to become very popular, which is strange because their food isn’t the cheapest but it is the best quality in my opinion.
I’ve always liked M&S because the clothing was always good quality and well made and I presume that almost every woman in the UK must have some item of M&S underwear in their draw somewhere, such was their hold and quality reputation in the UK woman’s underwear department.
Men’s and children’s clothing are equally well made and throughout the stores their prices are relatively cheap.

There is a Marks & Spencer on the opposite road of the Liverpool Street station if you take the north exit out of the station. To review it I would say it is one of the more classier M&S branches you will come across. Even down to the cashiers, they spoke with soft spoken accents and were extremely polite. The customer satisfaction levels were very high as I had to return a shirt I bought as it was the wrong size. I was given an immediate refund after turning down the intiial offer of trying another shirt of the correct size for myself. This no-quabble attitude of theirs earnt my immediate respect as other branches of the same company and even other departmental stores have not shown me such curtesy in the past. Will definitely return there.
