This is my favourite Italian restaurant. I have been coming here since I was 5 years old, and it has remained my favourite ever since.
The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and attentive. The decor is updated from time to time to keep it fresh and interesting, and I have never known the restaurant to not be busy.
I love the avocado royale (smoked salmon, prawn and avocado) starter, the ingredients are always fresh and tasty, never limp and bland like some restaurants! The filleto al pepe is divine, although limited to me for special occasions as it is quite expensive.
Now, I am not a pasta fan, so you may wonder why I choose to go to a restaurant called 'Pasta Studio' - well, the reason is that although I am not a pasta fan, this restaurant is the only place good enough to enable me to actually enjoy a pasta dish!!! I think the key is the fresh ingredients, the inventive combinations, and the genuine skill of the chef.
If you come to Studio Pasta, you will not be disappointed, in fact like me, you may be converted for life!
