Lovely northern Italian place - food is basic but good and excellent value, and the wine list is not too expensive either. Family-run and been there for 30 years - a real local gem. The food tends to be seasonal and the ingredients are always fresh and well-selected. There is a wonderful relaxing family atmosphere - the service is relaxed, helpful and almost doting. The only downside are the quirky opening times, I've been there often and I've yet to work out what the pattern is!
