This dish was personally appreciated by Lady Diana and Prince Charles in a banquet created in their honour by the chef in the Palace of Maharaja of Jaipur, and is made from chicken paupiettes packed with pomegranate seed and royal cumin enriched chicken mousse cooked in dum in saffron gravy.
