This isn't your usual indian. They have the most creative and unique dishes that I haven't seen anywhere else and all cooked excellently and presented beautifully. The a la carte is moderately priced but they have set lunch menus and a buffet on Sunday for cheaper.

The interior is stunning - cushioned seats, beautiful throws everywhere, candlelit table. Think white and purple. Perfect for a romantic meal with a date.

    3 Monkeys is run by chef and proprietor Kuldeep Singh, of Mela Group and Chowki fame.

    On entering the restaurant, there is a dramatic bridge leading from the door to the reception desk into a lively, airy dining area dominated by a massive open kitchen.

    3 Monkey´s presents a selection of menus which feature dishes from around the Indian subcontinent, from the Himalayan foothills to the Southern coast, each dish reflecting the aromas, colours and flavours typical of the area. The dishes are created by the Mela Group´s renowned chefs, all of whom are well versed in the different techniques of the Indian kitchen, using the very finest ingredients.

    The 3 Monkeys is an exceptional venue, the most romantic curry house in town, and one of South London´s local hotspots!

    Chef´s Speciality Dish:

    Murg e Firdaus

    This dish was personally appreciated by Lady Diana and Prince Charles in a banquet created in their honour by the chef in the Palace of Maharaja of Jaipur, and is made from chicken paupiettes packed with pomegranate seed and royal cumin enriched chicken mousse cooked in dum in saffron gravy.
