Upscale service in Royal Horseguards Hotel just down from the Defence Ministry on Whitehall and a block over from the Battle of Britain Monument on the Thames. The duck and sea bass were excellent as were their potatoes. Creamed potatoes might seem too plebian but theirs were exquisite. Lobster Bisque tasted very fresh, served hot with many pieces of lobster. Highly recommended! Located at old Scotland Yard, hence the name, One Twenty One Two, which was the Scotland Yard phone number.
