Dean's Brasserie has a modern atmosphere where guests can enjoy a few drinks and watch live sport on TV screens. They offer a hot and cold buffet with the hot buffet coming with an additional free salad buffet. There is also the option of booking private functions of up to 100 guests upon request. The adjacent bars have a Happy Hour from 5.30pm-7pm.
