Reasonably Priced Delicious Thai
A couple steps further down from Shipwright Arms (see Review) is a tidy tiny Thai restaurant named Suchard. Suchard offers a selection of authentic Thai dishes from soup to curry to noodles and other appetizer.
Starters from 3.50, various spring rolls and satays. Mains from 6-11, Pad Thai, Soup & Noodles, Thai Curry. I ordered a vegetarian spring rolls (6 mini rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce) and Pad Thai with prawns and chicken 6.95. Every dish was served quickly and piping hot, Pad Thai was authentic with a good balance of sweet and sour. Chicken Satay starter was delicious with the coconut peanut sauce. My friend swears by the Thai fish cakes! Honourable mention must go to the Taramid Chicken, that was quite unique. Worth a visit when you want to grab a bite before all these summer activities at More London!
