This is a great place near E & C tube and War Museum. With a bar it has a cheapo lunch menu starting at £4.95 and served until 5pm every day. My favourite is the prawn Penang which is quite delicious and aromatic. There are also masses of Thai snacks. On the main menu my favourite dish is beef Massaman, which looks rather uninspiring but is in fact delicious, and plentiful - soft tender beef chunks served in an aromatic gravy with potatoes and best eaten with coconut rice.

The puds are simple but delicious. Banana cake is home made and there is often fresh mango.
There is a good wine list including two very good dessert wines.
