El Vergel serve a variety of Latin American and Mediterranean dishes to eat in or take away at their restaurant. Outside catering for private parties of up to 1200 people is available upon request and seating on the pavement area is provided. They also provide a delivery service.

El Vergel is a small cafe, near Borough tube. They're only open limited hours at the moment, but they're a great lunch option for local workers/residents. They offer a variety of latin american dishes, including spanish omlettes, empanadas, steak sandwiches and salads. Prices aren't hefty - around 3-5 for most dishes. Service is friendly and helpful, and it's a definate credit to the area!
