Down stairs - a basement is a bar and dancing site. Classes with small groups, helpful teachers, then free time dance is later. I will remember my time here.

Hey need a bite to eat fast! Pasta & Pizza in a friendly busy restaurant, slightly in need of a refurb but otherwise pleasant enough. The mussels here are wonderful although the marinara sauce is a little too creamy. There are a couple of alternatives on the menu too. Pasta without tomatoes, pizza without cheese! Where will it end? Nevertheless all the regulars are here and they are all rather good! (Or at least the ones we have tried.)

The house red tends to be good had a bottle with a little more bite than you'd like but also had a couple of belters.

All in all well worth the effort if you live locally if not you've probably got something similar where you are.

This is the nearest ive found to a real italian trattoria/pizzeria in the UK, and I live for half the year in the south of italy - so know what comparisons are needed.

The food is authentic, the staff are italian, they dont rush things or attempt 'fast food' and the wine selection is reasonable too, even though they dont follow the italian rule of keeping everything local and regional.

Its a nice cross over italian restaurant which attempts to satisfy the british palate whilst trying to retain some italian dignity.

Friendly, reasonably priced, the pizza is real deal italian and their carbonara is just like momma used to make.

My trusty local... good service and very reasonably priced. This is a real Italian - great food but not the best decor! It's very spacious and open so not the best place for a romantic evening but perfect for those nights you just can't face cooking & don't want to splash out. Winner on food and service (+free olives as standard)... not so great on atmosphere.
