Great location in central london just in piccadilly. I went here for a friend's daughters birthday party. All the kids loved the party the staff make such a lovely effort really made there day. It is a excellent venue for a kids birthday party! the food is very american! The food is very good also a little overpriced but you are in a fab venue. the staff are really friendly!! the decoration is fabulous. i tried to take a few friends there for another birthday but they do not take reservations unless you are booking for a party of 6 or more children. that was a bit annoying.

Not being from London, we booked a few days in advance however we got there and were seated straight away and the restaurant wasn't all that busy.

The theme is excellent it is like being in a rainforest, however the sound effects do grate after a while!

The food is expensive for what is is, mainly burgers and chips. For 5 of us meal, drinks and deserts cost about £80 and it wasn't all that great.

Service was excellent, our waiter was friendly and we were seen to quickly and food was ready quickly.

Overall, an ok experience but the setting doesn't make up for the poor food quality.

Now if you have tried the rainforest cafes in america you will hate it, if not and you have kids you may like it.

unfortunatly we have tried the ones in america and this just doent compare,
yes the special effects are great,
    but

they are crazy busy , cant acomidate any changes to the menu are madly expensive and have a very limited menu.

if you do decide to go please book in advance, and check out the menue so you are not dissapointed

    Wonderful for kids!

Kids 9 and 10 loved it! We booked a few days before going as dont live in London and we were taken to our tables about 15 mins after arriving. Walk through a beautiful shop and downstairs to the restaurant and with "rain" coming from waterfalls, thunder and lightening on top of all the animals in every corner it was lovely. We sat underneath a cheetah and opposite a gorilla just in the aquarium section. Food was ok, but not as good as the staff or setting. Price for us was cheap as it was kids week in London the kids ate free so for all of us it only came to around £35 with drinks and meals, we did not have dessert though. This is a place I would visit again without a doubt as a family group.

The restaurant is suitable for families with young children. The children love the animated creatures and the themed tables etc. It is very noisy and busy. The food is a bit limited and expensive for what it is burgers and chips). My youngest child was a bit frightened by the thunder storms. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was very busy when we went. Not the best service or food-but the children did enjoy it.

I've been to this restaurant twice (and the one in Euro Disney once) and I shall not bother again. Three visits are more than enough chances to give any restaurant!

The venue itself is amazing. To say it is themed is an understatement! It is every kids idea of a tropical forest - lots of greenery, thunderstorms, monkeys, an elephant and parrots galore! All animatronic and like a Disney theme ride. The kids of course will love it, and no I am not missing the point; it is firmly aimed at them.

It is very busy, every time I have been it has been packed. It is obvoiusly popular, unfortunately that doesn't mean it is any good.

Service can be very slow - it's one of those places where they try to take your order within 5 minutes of you being seated and then take 20 minutes to bring a drink.

The food is mainly burgers and fries. The food was average at best, downright unpleasant at worst.

Avoid unless you have a gaggle of kids in tow and you want to keep them entertained for 90 minutes or so. Watch out for the expensive merchandise on your way out!

Themed restaurant with a shop upstairs. A wide choice of good food with a rainforest theme. Very family orientated but suitable for all ages and parties. Can get quite busy, so sometimes it can take a bit longer for the food to come. The jungle noises are a little bit too loud and annoying but apart from that it's a fun restaurant.
