Situated a few yards away from Leicester Square, Cafe Apogee is a spacious restaurant serving a variety of French dishes, and has the added bonus of having a late licence. Catering for private parties of up to 30 guests is available upon request and pavement seating is also provided.

The Apogee is a haven in the otherwise rather unpleasant Leicester Square. This place is Iranian not French, no matter, Iranian food is said to be the French of the Middle East. The food is freshly made and fantastic! The barbecued meats are incredible. I am not a big fan of lamb, but at Apogee the lamb is out of this world. They also offer a good selection for vegetarians...nice mezze platter. The staff could be trained a bit better but they do try hard to please.

I have NEVER been to a restaurant like that...
Cold, tasteless food, unpleasant French waitresses speaking no English at all, overpriced drinks and the smell :(
Moreover, the Iranian manager behaved unbelieveably impolite, bitchy, to be honest, to customers sitting next to us.
If you want disguisting food for too much money and staff taken straight from an Iranian takeaway - this is the place.
