Mosaica @ The Factory was the first restaurant of Johnnie Mountain who also owner of Pumphouse, another Taste London partner eatery.
In 2000 when Mosaica opened in a disused chocolate factory in Wood Green many people thought that it was destined for complete failure. However, the word began to spread and now Mosaica is one of the most successful and well thought of restaurants in North London.
At Mosaica there are no microwaves and there are no sauces or products on this Modern European menu that have not been made by the chefs. Amongst everything else, breads, pastas and ice-creams are homemade and are some of the best you will find.
Locals love Mosaica & there´s much to love this place consistently delivers excellence, backed up by super service.
