  Healthy fast food

  Nando's is a South african franchise which offer Portugese style PERI-PERI chicken. Ok being South African I am a tad biased but this is a healthy fast food outlet for eating in or takeaway.
  
  The chickens are flame grilled in front of you & spiced with the mildest sauce being lemon & herb or the hotest being xtra hot (it burns!)
  
  An order is placed at the counter then customers collect their own cutlery and sauces. Bottomless soft drinks & frozen youghurt on tap are available.
  
  The food is very fat free as the grilling takes away half the fat & their salads have low fat dressing which you can have on the side.
  
  My favourite meal here is lemon & herb chicken breast in a burger with cheese & pineapple simply the best! Of course their chips are something special as well spicy or plain.

  Nando's ExPERI-PERIence!

  This is probably our most regular restaurant. A firm favourite!!!! It is a South African chain of Portuguese restaurants, with branches popping up all over in London.
  
  You collect your own cock with a number on it from the waiter who seats you. You then place (and pay for) your order at the counter and they bring it to you. You collect your own utensils, napkins and sauces from the side.
  
  The food is tangy and spicey, and the mild option is the lemon and herb option... the one I usually go for.
  
  I usually have the chicken pita with a side dish of corn on the cob, or spicy rice. Their fries are another option. I also enjoy their steak (Prego) roll when in the mood for some red meat!
  
  They serve crisp salads and grilled chicken that is probably the nicest chicken you will ever taste!
  
  If I feel like some hottening up I add one of their superb hot sauces (free) onto it. They also offer bottomless soft drink.
  
  Their grades are EXTRA HOT, HOT, MEDIUM HOT and LEMON AND HERB'
