    Makes a nice change

    I think the first review was written by the management!

    We have been here half a dozen times and find the food a very pleasant change from the usual generic rubbish served by Indian restaurants. Its nice to be able to eat good quality regional cooking.

    My only negative is that the service is often 'rushed', especially if you go on Friday or Saturday. its not the kind of place to linger - you get the impression that they are more interested in turnover of seats.

    The food in Cochin Brasserie is inspired by the authentic home cooking of the beautiful and spice-rich region of Kerala. Cochin provides authentic Kerala cuisine with a modern international twist. Everything served is prepared on the premises using only the freshest ingredients.

    Cochin Brasserie´s chefs ensure that the flavours of all their dishes are subtle but exciting. They offer excellent fish and vegetarian menus, as well as the traditional meat dishes.

    The wine list is also very good and they also offer lager on draught.

    Cochin Brasserie offers great food in bright and cool surroundings; they provide a good service and all their dishes are priced extremely reasonably.
