Reviews for Zebrano

Great place! Only went for one drink after work (cocktails are delicious and great value in happy hour) and ended up not getting home until 3 in the morning! The music kept me on the dance floor all night.

But my god the food is terrible. Getting served at the bar can be interesting , fairly disinterested bar staff when I was there. Oh I forgot-the cocktails. It seems here in London the great rip off continues, because the cocktails here are served in small cocktail glasses, and they're not exactly brilliant either. Not worth it unless it's happy hour, otherwise avoid.

I saw Abbey Clancy in here the other day! I work in Soho and Zebrano is probably our work's second home...it's always so chilled out in a good way. Drinks are lovely, cocktails in particular and so cheap compared to everywhere else. Food is lush and they do these cheeky sharing platters that fill the whole 'after work, drinking but hungry but don't want a whole dinner yet' hole. A little (well quite big downstairs actually) Soho gem.

Had a great time here: came after work and chilled upstairs with a few beers, and then we moved downstairs for some great cocktails that weren't overly expensive. Some of them packed quite a kick, and it's just as well that it closed at 1, or we wouldn't have made it home otherwise!! We ordered a couple of the platters to share. They weren't the most amazing thing in the world, but they were huge and not too pricey, so we were all happy with them.

This place is fantastic, from the food to the drink to the staff. It is a class act all round.

I went here last night with a friend, planned on having a few drinks then eating dinner.

The drinks part was great - the bar downstairs is lovely, very spacious, 50" TV screens on the walls, nice vibe and mixed crowd with a happy hour on drinks from 5 - 7pm.
They have a good selection of drinks and the staff are really good humoured, helpful and so polite.

The food - we booked for the upstairs restaurant - this was non existent, it was a small area with a few tables to the side of the bar in the entrance of the place. It was cold, loud and overly busy.
My friend had the chicken and prawn skewers to start, which were over cooked and tasteless.
I had the houmous, taramasalata with about 5 black olives and pitta bread - very bland and bought in - rather than freshly made.

We then shared the oriental platter - that consisted of a mass of deep fried EVERYTHING.
The tempura was just a thick, heavy crusty batter and ruined the vegetables.
The prawns tasted like chicken nuggets and the spring rolls tasted like they had lemon washing up liquid on them, with a soggy centre. We couldn't eat any of it apart from the wedges and chilli jam.
Luckily I used my tastelondon card, so wasn't toopissed off that we had to pay for such bad food. The waitress couldnt apologise enough, bless her!

Great bar and staff - just avoid the food

I have been there a few times now and always had a good time.

There was a warm atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating spaces with cosy corners are perfect for small parties or a nice date.

The food they served was simple and tasty, which went well with the chilled sounds from the live DJ.
