The food is good but not spectacular, so at 35 quid a head (inc. just one glass of wine), I personally don't think it's worth it.

Nice pub atmosphere though and good service.

I stumbled upon this restaurant when I was in desperate need for some comfort food. Its the perfect place for Sunday lunch, the roast beef was lovely and the Yorkshire puddings were huge. If pavlova is on the menu I highly recommend you have it because its divine! Its a little pricey but I'll definitely be going back probably next time to try the whisky room I've heard so much about.
