The original La Tasca Spanish Tapas Bar & Restaurant opened in Manchester city centre in 1993 and is still as popular as ever. Since then they have successfully opened their distinctive style of restaurants throughout the UK.

La Tasca is a careful blend of everything that makes a great Spanish restaurant - warm décor, authentic cuisine and friendly hospitality, creating a unique and genuine atmosphere.

La Tasca´s speciality is Tapas, those individual dishes of just about anything you like that offer a very flexible and sociable way of dining and are great for sharing – whether it´s as a couple or for larger parties. At La Tasca all the dishes are carefully prepared using the freshest of ingredients, many of which are imported from Spain, and they have a delicious range of Spanish wines and beers – not forgetting the ever-popular pitchers of Sangria!

Each of the restaurants are carefully designed with its own characteristics, but all feature the familiar and warm décor.

Most of the La Tasca sites have around 200 seats and many have terraces for outside dining when the British summer permits!
