    Best pub food in Brixton

    El Panzon is the best mexican food Ive eaten in London, and probably the best pub food avaliable in Brixton (Jerk chiken at the Effera is up there too).

    Stick to the burritos and tacos, they do do other food (ribs etc) which are ok, but you'll probably be disappointed when everyone else is tucking in.

    The guy who runs it is really enthusiastic about his food and it shows in what they product. I also believe they buy as much of their veg and supplies from Brixton Market which is a nice way of supporting other local buisinesses.

    El Panzon has brought to Brixton what America has been enjoying for years.

    Only the best ingredients are used in this restaurant and El Panzon are firm believers in keeping their food simple. Their tortillas are freshly prepared and hand cut on site, they prepare all their own chilli salsas, in addition to using only the best scotch beef for their chilli and burgers.

    The chefs passion and enthusiasm drives this kitchen in The Dogstar and the exciting atmosphere has been created solely by him and his assistant chefs.

    El Panzons food is authentic Mexican - cooked just the way it should be. The portions are excellent and the prices are designed to be extremely affordable for everyone, a typical 12' Burrito will cost you just 5!

    In the comfort of a local pub environment, El Panzon is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, providing amazing food throughout the day.

    They also provide a take away service for those wanting to sample the delights of El Panzon from the comfort of their home.
