Zuma consistently produces some of the best Japanese cooking in London. Produce is of high quality e.g. blue fin tuna. The sashimi and rolls e.g. spider crab roll, are superb. Seasoning is skilled and few dishes disappoint. It cna be a little intimidating as it is rather self-consciously trendy, and this is one of the few criticisms that one can make.
