It's 2330, you're in the mood for a classic steak frites and some good red wine to finish the night off. There is no better place in London to do just that than in the bustle and noise of Café Boheme.

I've probably been here more frequently than any other restaurant in London, and have yet to have an experience that wasn't right on the money. Speaking of which, when you can get away with £20-30 for a good sized, well-cooked meal with half-decent wine in Central London, life is good, no?

Another firm favourite. I've been here for coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast meetings; long laxy romantic lunches; cocktails. Has a very sexy feel, great for people watching.

I love the fact that Cafe Boheme opens late for food - it's the best place to go if you fancy a bit of a midnight Moule feast. Saying that though, I normally come here after a long day at work to lounge of the soft sofas/ sit outside and soak up the sun/ people watch with a Mojito.

It's a great place to start off your evening if you are going out and about in Soho. On Friday we came here before dinner and I had THE BEST champagne cocktail with a passionfruit and apple/ zubrowka concoction! (Also note that they serve fantastic Polish vodka!!)

They also serve Belinis for two if you are in a celebratory mood - half a bottle of Moet and a little jug of white peach/ rasberry/ strawberry juice.

You can also come here in the day for coffee/ lunch and is a great place to chill out/ while away the lunch hour whilst listening to cool jazz - definitely my kind of place!

A bohemian bar-brasserie in the heart of Soho. A great people-watching spot. Pending which hour of the day your there, you need a booking for a Sat/Sun Brunch. Menu will cater for most people's needs; breakfasts and brunch, salads, or light meat and fish dishes. This place is guaranteed to be overflowing with atmosphere and with people. TIP: Be there early evening to secure yourself a good spot. After midnight, Cafe Bohme becomes one of those last-drink emergency hotspots-late license!
