Refettorio is practically next door to my office, so an extremely convenient lunchtime haunt. I've always found the food delicious, and authentically Italian. The pheasant ravioli is terrific. The only reason that it doesn't rate five stars is that on a couple of occasions the service has been somewhat inattentive - if the restaurant is quiet, it's fine, but if it's busy, standards seem to slip a little.

This restaurant is in premises of the Crowne Plaza hotel near Blackfriars in the city... The food is very good, its run by Italians, Italian chef etc... nice ambience! I went there with Italian people and they rated it and they don't give stars away easy....
