Indeed a Little Star
Returned tonight to celebrate my good friend's birthday at the Little Star after not being there for at least a year. The Little Star, is easily described by its name... ie. it's a little restaurant with perhaps 10 tables and yes it is a star both by the quality of the service, food, and the "twilight" decoration throughout.
Ok the strengths of the Little Star:
* warm and cosy decoration
* GREAT value for money, look at the picture attached of the Tiger Island which includes king prawns, mussels (actually king mussels, some of them are simply huge), all for only 7.95!
* friendly service
To be honest I can't find right now any weaknesses. The food is tasty and comes in good size portions. Any central London restaurant could easily charge double the price that the Little Star charges.
If you want to celebrate a birthday party or just have a group dinner with your friends then make sure you select the room at the back as your table will be the only one and thus you can be as quiet as you want or as loud as you want without disturbing anyone.
To summarize it all if you want a little place, with quality food in big portions at a little price then come to the Little Star!
