I totally love this Indian - its not a great place to sit in and eat - but what it lacks in decor and ambiance - it surprises in taste and service.

I usually get take away - its really efficient and they have some interesting specials.

It tastes really fresh and the butter murgh is especially good.

This place does really good food - don't know why it isn't more popular. Food tastes really pleasantly fresh - not the unidentifiable sludges swilling in ghee that you find in many Indian restaurants. More like good quality home cooking. Service is prompt and unobtrusive. Although I've never seen it crowded, there always seem to be one or two Asian families enjoying an endless stream of marinated and seared meat dishes. I haven't tried them, because I prefer vegetable dishes, but they clearly go down well with the other punters. Definitely recommend.
