Sofra
1 St Christophers Place, London, W1U 1LT
Reviews for Sofra
Sofra is a vibey place, whether in summer or in winter.
It is actually well hidden and possibly only for people who appreciate Mediterranesn food, a medley of Turkish, Lebanese and Egyptian food.
The presentation is superb, the service fantastic.
Sometimes you might have to wait but is worth it.
The choice of meze, the delicate aranging of dishes never makes you think I cant finish that.
What makes it out of the ordinary though is the fact that the place is visited both by business people, young mothers with kids, business ladies of academcis who join for an informal chat and or families.
The waiters and the owners will make it an unforgettable experience.
Children are welcome and know that. The atmosphere is very relaxed, though semiformal.
I visit them anytime I am in London and I actually feel I have missed something when time constraints make it difficult for me to eat there.
Thumbs up for a place that has managed to attract people from any walk of life
Don't be put off by the way this place looks, the outside looks a little off putting, I've been here several times and the food has always been very good. Feel smug by opting for the healthy option lunch menu, there's stacks of food and its all incredibly tasty
