We had a lovely night at Albannach! A friend of mine recommended but I was a bit exceptical because of the location, right in Trafalgar Square.

I booked a table for 8 people but we have some drinks before hand, the food was really really lovely, the scallops and the fillet were spot on, service was efficient and friendly. we decide to go to the ground floor bar for more dirnks after and the bartender made me this amazing cocktail with apple and grapes!

Overall a lovely place to catch up with friends, lovely food and great value for money, I will be back and I will recommend this place to anyone!

At first I was put off going here because it was located right on Trafalgar Square but we went for dinner and it is a great venue. There is a bar on the ground level which was busy and an upstairs dining area which was good for people watching. Although I am a vegetarian I was told by friends that the beef was super and my meal (No beef) was great. Dessert was a winner also. Good wine selection.

They also have a nightclub/bar underground which looked very full, very dark and very loud... we did not venture there.

I would recommend Albannach for drinks or dinner (upstairs). They have THE largest selection of whiskey I have seen this side of the border so if you like your single malt this is a good place for you
