I haven't actually ever eaten "in" George's, have only ever had takeaway and can't complain. Food is always fresh - fish and squid battered in front of you, Souvlaki is amazing and the service is always very friendly. They have an amazing selection of fish and the kitchen is extremely clean - they are always taking good care of the prep area. Salads are good too. My boyfriend and I often get takeaway from here - it's pricier than your average fish and chips but I think for the quality you receive, it's most worth it. Squid is my favourite so often an order I place and I give it a thumbs up everytime. I recently read in my local paper that George who owns the bar won an award (Seafish Fryers Quality Award), I was pleased to read this as I think it's an award well deserved.
