Reviews for Mehak
This is another indian restaurant that i love to visit - i'm suprised i'm not the size of a house by now with the amount of meals i eat out! The good thing about Meehak, and one of the big differences between them and other indian restaurants is that they don't have that greasy feel to their meals. I'm not saying they are healthy, but they don't have that fatty after taste other indian restaurants leave you with. The food itself is delicious and flavoursome. I'd rate the food highly but the service is also excellent. Well worth a visit or two!
This is probably the best indian restaurant I have ever been to (and I've been to lots). I visited here during a recent trip to London and I would definitely go back. It is situated on a busy main road in Greenwich not far from the Martime musuem and well worth a detour! We visited on a Wednesday and it was buffet night. It was about £10 per person for a starter, side, main course and coffee. The food was excellent especially the prawn dhansak. The popadoms were light and fresh and served with a nice pickle tray. The mushroom fried rice was light not greasy and the bhindi bhaji was lovely. The naan was light and fluffy. The staff were very friendly and service was quick.
