This is an excellent sushi bar situated right in the millennium dome/02. There is sit-in conveyor belt sushi as well as take out sushi which makes an excellent light snack. The conveyor belt has 3 coloured plate system – green the cheapest, gold the most expensive. The sushi is made fresh every day and the quality and variety is excellent. There are a number of egg/vegetarian type sushis – it’s not all just fish! It is served with freshly pickled ginger and a small portion of crispy seaweed. They also serve hot meals such as noodles/rice and currys. However, I can recommend the crab or prawn rolls, the asparagus roll and the yakatori chicken skewers. It was so good we went back several times.
