Reviews for The Abingdon
I love going here for a drink or something to eat.
The staff are friendly and the food is great.
Half of it in bar and the other half a restaurant which serves lovely food. I've been in to eat about 3 or 4 times and I've always come out very happy. If you want to eat in the restaurant i would advise booking a table on the weekends.
The abingdon isn't a big place which actually adds to ambiance. It also has a few tables out on the street.
I have popped in during the day with friends and a baby and they didn't seem to mind.
The evening gets a little more lively but never rowdy. All in all a great local place.
I love this place, one of the few places in london that serves food that let dogs in, food's great, service good and the people who run it likewise.
I love the food in this place! Great International and Modern European cuisine. I had a lovely risotto here, aromatic wine and a pistachio ice cream to remember. Food for the soul! Candlelit atmosphere in the restaurant section but also a great bar out front. Big sofas to sink into like a big hug with a your favourite drink and nibbles. Whether with friends, a date or a business partner this is a place for a great meal. Modern, clean and cosy European decor with soft lighting, kind of Sloaney. Good location just off High Street Ken. Look forward to going there again!
