I've visited Hadley house 3 times now - and each time have been disappointed and vowed never to return. Other people's recommendations have twice now made me question my judgment and return, but now I feel pretty confident that I am right!
I don't know where to start really. On my visit the staff were extremely cold and quite rude - having ordered a cola I received a diet cola, and when I requested that they change it, they were very unhappy about it! The decor is also quite cold and uninviting and that always leaves me feeling quite uncomfortable as well. The food is ok - not bad, but for the price, it is no where near as good as other local restaurants. This all sounds very negative, and I hate to be one sided, but I really have not found any redeeming features at this restaurant - other than it has never given me food poisoning...

Havent been to Hadley House in quite sometime but when I went a few years ago found the food to be of a very good quality and staff where very friendly.

I've eaten here a few times and the service and standard of food does tend to vary. When its good, its great, but on a poor night it is frustrating as prices are a bit on the high side. I think its best to avoid weekends as they don't cope too well when the restaurant is crowded.
