Posh and modern Chinese
Princess Garden of Mayfair looks a little intimidating and pretentious for a chinese. I have walked past on my way to work for years and wondered whether it would cut the mustard or not. My analysis is that it is undoubtedly pricey (this is mayfair after all) but it works and I had a most tasty meal.
As a modern and posh Chinese it really comes good with a very interesting menu with excellent ingredients that I have not seen in other Chinese restaurants (I think I ate something tasty called snow fungus and seasonal greens). There were a stack of things that I didn't get to eat that were intriguing me, so I would definitely go back.
The restaurant is spacious with plenty of big tables, so it seems to be a favourite amongst locals who have big families.
