Food was excellent, coctails evern better
great value for money.

Mango Room was one of the first restaurants I ever ate in in London and it's remained a great benchmark ever since. My partner and I are big fish eaters and few places do seafood as well as MR. The food rarely disappoints and on the off occasion something is wrong they are quick to correct it - no questions asked. Their wine recommendations are spot on too. There is a great buzz about the place and even when its packed (and it usually is) it still manages to feel intimate and cozy. The prices are a little higher here so we don't eat here all the time, but for special nights out it's a top pick.
I've been here three times now and have always been impressed. The food is fresh and tasty, the drinks are excellent, the atmosphere funky and the staff superb. I didn't find it overpriced either, since you have to expect to pay slightly more for somewhere like this. I have frequently recommended it to other people and they always rave about it. I'm a pretty harsh judge: I almost never eat at chains and I love cooking, so I hate being disappointed. Mango Room never does that.
Good atmosphere and good tasting food, but not spectacular considering the prices. Friendly staff though.
