Came here on a busy, hot Saturday afternoon for some refreshment, and can only describe the place as chaotic. The waitresses were flustered and customers confused as to where to go to be seated (for your information, you should go inside and speak to someone, even if you want to sit outside).
The food was nice, standard Giraffe fare, a mixture of different influences - from Italian to Oriental. We went for a selection of snacks and starters.
The smoothies were good, refreshing and tasty, I would recommend them.
It's not a cheap option, and being a chain is nothing out of the ordinary, but the food was good.
