Bun is dry and boring and I don't like sweet onion relish.
If you drown it in ketchup and mayonnaise you can eat it.

Every halfway nice pub burger is much better.

'Ground' is better than GBK in my opinion. The Burgers are VERY similar but something about this place just wins out. Also, they do chunky chips AND skinny fries which I find an appealing choice depending on my mood. I would NOT say they are the best burgers in London but definately the best I have had in Chiswick.

Excellent food, not bad service, good menu and prices ok

Let me get the bad part out of the way first, simply put, on a cold Wednesday the draft from the front door is really a pain in the neck (not that there is anything that they can do about it, as I assume that other people have to eat there as well as my colleague and I).

Right! down to the good bits

Service - Fab, all in all I think we spoke to each of the three people manning the ground floor, each of them were engaging, polite and in some cases quite witty.

Food - DAMN that's a good burger! I had the New York Deli and Steph had a Classic Cheese burger. The Burgers are, well, huge! well cooked (medium) and served quickly.
We both agreed that the we will have to bring the rest of the office down to Ground for a loooong lunch sometime soon.

Price - Is that all? four beers, two burgers, two portions of chips, coleslaw and one Banoffee cheese cake for £30 plus service. (we did get a discount with our Chiswick 'One Card' and the Duvel beers were on special offer) but 30 quid for quality food is a bit special.

Rocked up here for some grub on a Saturday night and were very pleasantly surprised. Thought we'd just get a good burger and be off, but not the case.

The staff provided some of the best service we've had in London - polite, friendly and good banter. They really take care of you (and put up with difficult orders)

The menu is mainly just burgers but veggies are well accomodated and all the burgers are fantastic.

Milkshakes are delish, they even put half in a takeaway slurpie for you if you can't finish it!

All in all, great nosh, great service, great place.
