Arguably one of the best curries I've had..especially when compared to other local curry houses (Cochin excepted). It delivers exactly what you are looking for from a high street curry house: the staff are attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is unassuming and relaxed, and the food really is very tasty and good value. Arguably one of the best curries I've had..especially when compared to other local curry houses (Cochin excepted). It delivers exactly what you are looking for from a high street curry house: the staff are attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is unassuming and relaxed, and the food really is very tasty and good value. I am vegetarian, and have tried most of the range available, all of which is very good, particularly the tarka dall as a side dish, and my partner has been more experimental even having some of the traditional dishes which were all very agreeable. 2 large beers, with 4 poppadums, 2 main courses 1 side dish and rice/nan ususally comes to around £30 - bargain!
