  Worth a visit

  This used to be my local curry house and I was sorry to leave it behind when I moved away from the area but thrilled to discover that they delivered to my new address (despite having moved a good 20 minutes away and across the river). Ironically, I'd never eaten *in* the restaurant while I lived locally but they gave the place a drastic makeover a year or so ago and so I thought I'd give it a go. Great move. I now average a visit about once a month - even though it would be easier to get them to deliver. The decor is modern yet cosy, the staff are helpful and friendly, the menu is extensive and interesting and the food delicious.

  Have only had takeaway from New Dewaniam but have been meaning to take a trip to the restaurant as I have heard nothing but good reviews about the decor and service. The takeaway menu has a great variety with some good priced and well portioned set boxes. You can get a Curry, Rice, Nam bread and starter for around £7.50. They even have an healthy option on the menu of curry's which have been made with less oil and things. Good for a quite night in front of the box, would highly recommend
