W'Sens

W'Sens, in line with the design of other restaurants and bars of La Compagnie des Comptoirs (which include Montpellier, Avignon, La Grande-Motte, the Cap d'Agde and recently in Mauritius), continues the same themes as the previous establishments: conviviality, high quality cuisine, relaxation, and a feeling of well-being. La Compagnie des Comptoirs restaurants are inspired by the history and the image of the French colonies as well as the trading posts which ran the spice routes between the West, the East and the Indian Ocean. The cuisine is inspired by their travels, mixed with a touch of lightness and colour in the conception of their dishes. The menus are the result of southern, Mediterranean and Indian culinary influences.
